Farm and Garden Camp offers Farm Camp and Vacation Days on the Farm. It also offers Jr. CITs for 7th-9th graders, a one-week program that may be taken for one or two sessions each summer, and CITs for 10th-12th grades or age 15+, a four-week program with training weeks during sessions 2 and 3.

- Jr. CITs — 7th-9th graders · $435 per session · One week long; may attend one or two week-long sessions per summer.
- CITs (Counselors-In-Training) — 10th-12th grades or age 15+ · Four-week program; training weeks occur during sessions 2 and 3; may select any other sessions during the summer to complete practice weeks.
- Assistant Instructors — 11th grade and older or age 16+ · Paid stewards of campers, animals, and plants on the farm.
