Beverly Youth Soccer Association has been building players, teams, and community since the 1980s. It is a volunteer-run, non-profit community organization for every kid in Beverly, and volunteer coaches are described as the backbone of Beverly Youth Soccer. The organization states that it is dedicated to developing the whole player—skills, character, and love of the game—for every kid in Beverly, regardless of ability or experience, and that everyone plays. Programs span from first kicks in Pre-K through competitive travel in Grade 8, including a cross-town league with Beverly, Salem, and Danvers for Grades 3–4, competitive travel for all skill levels from recreational to high-level play for Grades 5–6, and higher-level ECYSA competition for Grades 7–8. Monthly board meetings are open to the public.

The leadership team includes Chris Wilcock (President), Ben Spies (In-Town Director and Grade 1/2 Coordinator), James Boland (Girls Travel Director), Catie Doyle (Boys Travel Director), Roberta Chirco (Treasurer), Josh Aiello (Secretary), Stephanie Gallagher (Registrar), Jake Dylengoski (Fields), Stephen Rollins (Equipment), Jeb Fisher (Tech / Website), Steve Enos (Referees), Edgar de Leon (Director of Coaching), Emily Flint (In-Town League), Callie Reed (Pre-K & Kindergarten), and Natalie Pommersheim (Grade 3/4 Coordinator). For coaching, no elite experience is required, only a love of the game and a passion for working with kids, and training is provided. Coaches are needed for Fall 2026.
