Brains & Motion Education offers programs that combine STEAM projects, sports activities, and social-emotional learning. The program includes after-school programs and summer camps that are designed for students in transitional kindergarten through 8th grade. Brains & Motion Education also offers expanded learning programs for students.

Brains & Motion Education states that its mission is to nurture children’s curiosity, creativity, and potential through hands-on STEAM activities, active games, and play. Programs are intentionally designed to blend STEAM, movement, communication, and collaboration, and every lesson, challenge, and activity is crafted to build 21st-century competencies while supporting academic growth, emotional well-being, social development, and physical health. Instructors are trained in their specific subject areas as well as child development and safety protocols, undergo extensive background checks, and have backgrounds in education, coaching, STEAM, and child psychology. Instructors create an atmosphere described as vibrant, supportive, and inclusive. Brains & Motion Education partners with schools and districts through expanded learning programs and school partnerships, offers scholarships and financial assistance in Illinois, and provides a limited-time offer of “Buy 3 weeks of camp, get 1 free.” The organization also maintains a blog with STEAM project ideas and activities.
