About
Kingston Parks & Recreation Programs offers activities that include Taekwondo Junior Course, Little Sprouts Playgroup - School Vacation Weeks, B.E.A.R. Academy - Basic Life Support, Book and Pizza Bingo, Little Explorers, and community events such as the Kingston 300th Anniversary Gala and Kingston 300th Anniversary Celebration. The program also offers adult-focused options such as an Adult Pottery Wheel Workshop and a Watercolor Workshop for Adults. Programs are continuously added, and families can search activities by age or grade under the Register tab.

• Price: There is a 3% transaction fee added by the credit card processing company with all debit/credit card transactions; registrations can also be paid via check with no processing fee
Kingston Recreation’s mission is “Building and enriching our community by working together.” The leadership team includes Director of Parks and Recreation Susan Woodworth and Recreation Office Program Administrator Brandi Gordon. The program notes Community Mural Projects in 2014 and 2021. Community involvement includes connections with Kingston Youth Sports Organization, Kingston Youth Baseball and Softball League, Kingston Youth Soccer Association, Kingston Youth Lacrosse, Silver Lake Youth Football, and Silver Lake Youth Cheer. Additional features include e-mail blasts with updates, a no refund policy with exceptions for medical situations, active wait lists, or program cancellations, a requirement that payment must be received before anyone is registered, availability of gift certificates, community events and program pictures, and a Kingston Parks and Recreation Facebook presence.
