Kingston Youth Lacrosse offers the Boys Spring Lacrosse Season, Girls Spring Lacrosse Season, and Kindergarten Learn to Play. Boys from U9 through U15 have spring practices and weekly Sunday games, with kindergarten boys and younger first graders enrolled in in-house learn to play sessions. Girls from U8 through U14 take part in the spring season, and kindergarten girls play in-house Learn to Play in the spring.

- Boys Spring Lacrosse Season — Boys from U9 (1st grade) through U15 (8th grade); kindergarten boys and younger first graders will enroll in in-house learn to play sessions · Practices 2 days a week in the spring; games 1 scheduled game per week on Sundays in the spring; winter clinics on Sunday evenings in March (1st, 8th, 15th & 22nd); indoor sessions for U11-U15 on Sunday nights for 4 weeks in March; seasons begin March 30, 2026
- Girls Spring Lacrosse Season — Girls age U8-U14; kindergarten girls will play in-house Learn to Play in the spring · When KLAX seasons begin March 30, 2026; indoor sessions for U10-U14 will begin in March and will be held on Sunday nights for 4 weeks · Girls South Shore League from U8-U14.
- Kindergarten Learn to Play — Kindergarten · Open in early April; skills sessions will start in March 2026 · In-house learn to play sessions for the youngest lacrosse players.

- General schedule: Games are primarily played on Sundays through June. Practices are TBD once registration closes and coaches are confirmed. Practices are held 2 days a week in the spring. Winter clinics will be held on Sunday evenings in March.
About the provider
Kingston Youth Lacrosse says its mission is to teach lacrosse to boys and girls from kindergarten through 8th grade and prepare them for high school play and beyond. The leadership team includes Nick Vega as President, Matt Powers as Vice President, Theresa Miller as Secretary, Meghan Lewis as Treasurer, Steve Bellantoni as Website Coordinator and KYSO representative, Chris Luongo as Field Manager, Katie LeFleur on the Fundraising Committee, Mike Czerniak as Boys coordinator, and Devon Taft as Girls Coordinator. The program also notes a community involvement item: registration to join KLAX in the Kingston 300 parade.
Registration will open mid-December 2026 for the 2027 Spring Season for U8-U14 girls and U9-U15 boys. $25 Early Bird discount available through January 15th on ages U10 & up. Insurance is included in registration, no need for USLAX registration for the boys. We are not currently accepting registrations for this program. Games will not interfere with club lacrosse schedules.
