Ready, Set, Go Fitness offers classes, drop offs, Dionne’s Karate, and parties. The program includes physically engaging and incredibly fun programs, with a trial class available. It also offers drop off days so parents can relax, go on a date, or run errands, and it throws parties that kids flip over.
• Ages: 12 months–10 years old
• Schedule: Open Monday–Thursday with daytime and early evening hours, plus Friday and Saturday daytime options
Dionne’s Karate at Ready, Set, Go Fitness teaches discipline and self-confidence. The program will also travel to schools, churches, or childcare centers, and it offers the option for staff to come to those locations.
