JCC Greater Boston Camps offers a wide range of activities, including sports, boating, art, music, drama, theater, filmmaking, culinary arts, science, games, outdoor activities, and swimming lessons. Campers can also take part in sports and gym games, arts & crafts, 3D printing, cooking, pool time, surprise activities, lap swimming, basketball, pickleball, tennis, table tennis, group fitness, yoga, cycle classes, and personal training. JCC Greater Boston Camps includes several distinct programs such as Camp Grossman, a mixed-gender traditional outdoor day camp with four two-week sessions, optional single “Plus Weeks,” an optional ninth week, daily bus transportation from over 30 Greater Boston communities, and after care available at the JCC until 6pm. Camp Kaleidoscope is described as a premier arts and science day camp that runs for eight weeks from 9am–4pm, with after care at the JCC available until 6pm. Additional options include a Tennis Camp with an experienced tennis pro tailoring instruction for all levels, a Sports Camp open to all levels and abilities with daily swim, Swim Camps for both competitive and new swimmers, a 3D Printing Camp where campers design and print their own creations, a Cooking Camp focused on cooking skills and recipes, and Summer Start & S’More Camps that feature pool time, arts, sports, and surprise activities.
School Break Camp offers week-long sessions during February Break, Passover Break, and April Break, with drop-off as early as 8:00am and pick-up as late as 6pm, and includes swimming lessons in an indoor pool and extended day options. Membership at JCC Greater Boston includes access to a fully-equipped fitness and aquatics center with an indoor pool, outdoor pool, indoor track, and courts for basketball, pickleball, tennis, and table tennis, as well as a playspace and playground, nearly 90 weekly group fitness, yoga, and cycle classes, and discount pricing on JCC Camps for family membership holders. The Outdoor Pool offers a family-friendly environment with lap swimming and poolside access.

JCC Greater Boston partners with Camp Kingswood to offer an overnight/day camp combo for first-time JCC Greater Boston campers from the Greater Boston area, including an Overnight/Day Camp Combo discount when registering for both a Boston JCC day camp and Camp Kingswood. With the support of donors, JCC Greater Boston awards hundreds of thousands of dollars in scholarships each year to make participation accessible to people who could not otherwise afford it.
