In March 1999, the agency began the “It’s Time Campaign” to raise $3.5 million for building renovation, with work running from June 2002 to June 2003. In 2005, the organization received a $500,000 gift from H. Day Brigham and changed its name to the Gladys Allen Brigham Community Center. In 2014, the center completed construction of an Outdoor Classroom, and in 2015 it received grant support to create the Building Education Network (BEN). The Brigham Center states that it responds to challenges with solutions, strengthens programs and services for changing local needs, and actively seeks to serve a wider population through outreach programs and partnerships.
