RISE Vineyard Performing Arts

RISE Vineyard Performing Arts offers ballet, jazz, contemporary, tap, hip hop, and acrobatics classes. The program also includes tumbling, rhythmic movement, stretching, and strengthening activities for students.

RISE Vineyard Performing Arts states that its mission is to nurture the dancer, artist, and athlete through an all-inclusive dance experience that fosters physicality, self-esteem, and personal discovery. The program emphasizes technique and performance skills, taught by experienced, knowledgeable, and nurturing teaching professionals. It offers classes for both recreational students and those who have aspirations of pursuing a career in dance.

RISE Dance Company, connected with the program, provides intensive training, performance, and travel opportunities. Company dancers are required to take ballet, contemporary, jazz, and tap, while acrobatics and hip hop are electives and do not count toward company requirements. Company members are required to maintain 90% attendance throughout the year, and eligibility is based on class and hourly requirements. Students are selected for company based on class performance, potential, skill level, enthusiasm, and commitment.
