Sense of Wonder Creations

Sense of Wonder Creations offers year-round creative activities that include art, music, puppetry, theater, film, drawing, painting, clay, sculpture, and creative writing. The program includes creative arts workshops that blend these activities with social, environmental, community, and cultural awareness.

• Ages: 6–18 years old
• Schedule: 5 weeks of summer camp in 2026, from July 6th to August 7th

Sense of Wonder Creations is a non-profit organization that was started in the summer of 1991. The organization includes a summer program for young people 7–12, art classes during the winter and spring sessions for young people 6–18, and programs with local public schools, community organizations, and global organizations. Its mission is to educate young people, through the creative arts, how they can make a difference in the world by using their own unique talents and skills, embracing diverse cultures, eradicating racism, standing up for human rights, caring for the environment and animals, and doing local and global community service. Sense of Wonder Creations works annually in developing countries facilitating creative arts workshops and blends creative arts education and expression with appreciation of ethnic diversity, caring for the environment, enlarging the understanding of peace and justice, and doing local and global community service projects.
