Extreme Family Outreach Community Impact Programs

Extreme Family Outreach Community Impact Programs offers Tobacco & Drug Education, Healthy Living and Healthy Choices lessons, and specific Anti-Tobacco and Say No To Drugs activities. The program also includes a Back to School Bash, weekly visitation, a Youth Leadership program, the Holiday of Hope campaign, and the Warm Hands, Warm Hearts program. Activities include recreation, strong character building lessons, games, food, and prizes, and are delivered through a high-energy, interactive format using vans as a mobile workplace to bring the classroom into communities.

The Extreme Family Outreach After-School Program sets up in a common area in the heart of communities and is preferably conducted outdoors. The program is mobile and goes into neighborhoods, with programs conducted outdoors in the heart of communities. Through the Back to School Bash, the program provides school supplies and backpacks, and through Holiday of Hope it supplies complete Thanksgiving dinners and a Christmas party with gifts for children in the program and their siblings. The Warm Hands, Warm Hearts program supplies hats, gloves, and scarves in winter. The mission of Extreme Family Outreach Community Impact Programs is to have a direct impact on children and families by taking the program into the heart of their communities and providing tools to ensure positive futures. Extreme Family Outreach partners with businesses, churches, organizations, individuals, and local neighborhood outreach programs, and these partnerships have reached over 400 children and 160 families in underserved communities of Harford County. Extreme Family Outreach is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit faith based, humanitarian organization and is recognized by the Harford County United Charities as an innovative organization making a substantial difference in the community.
