Davy Dance Academy offers dance and performing arts classes, including Irish dance and acro classes. The program includes both traditional dance disciplines and Irish dance, along with a curriculum-based dance education program and competitive dance teams. The studio also holds annual recitals, summer camps, and a summer intensive.

Founded on August 8, 2011, Davy Dance Academy describes its history as 14 Years of Excellence and operates as a family-run, community-based dance studio with a family-friendly, nurturing environment and an inclusive learning environment. The program includes a competitive track along with non-competitive, curriculum-based dance programs, and its Curriculum-Based and Competitive Dance Program offers measurable results for dancers to track their progress throughout the year. Dancers from the studio have attended Performing & Visual Arts Magnet High Schools.
The founder, T. Michelle Davy, has worked in dance education for over 20 years, previously managed two different dance studios, and worked as a Performing Arts Teacher at The Harbour School School. Teachers at Davy Dance Academy are certified in the Cecchetti Method of Ballet, Acrobatic Arts, and Progressive Ballet Technique. The studio is described as a family friendly studio with the best preschool classes and offers a wide variety of classes for all age groups, including acro classes.
Davy Dance Academy offers additional opportunities to perform at community events, regional dance competitions, and to attend dance conventions. The studio maintains on-going enrollment throughout the season.
