Science Guys of Baltimore

Science Guys of Baltimore offers birthday parties, summer camps, after-school programming, in-school field trips, and science events. The program also runs in-class field trips, after-school clubs, in-school workshops and assemblies, and special event shows. The Science Guys of Baltimore is a family company that offers children’s science programming year round throughout the Maryland and DC area, including a 45 minute science show with a 15 minute hands-on party favor and various add-ons.

Science Guys of Baltimore started in August of 2016. The leadership team includes Siena Trehy (aka Ionic Bond), Executive Director and Co-owner, and Matt Simms (aka Hazmatt Bond), Creative Director and Co-owner. The staff also includes Operations Manager Abby Ricko (aka Absolute Zero); Lead Teachers Teddy Corper (aka Professor Potion) and Thom Huenger (aka Professor Fungi), who is also Lab Manager; and Teachers Jossalyn Taggart (aka Dr. Eva Lushun), Karl Sanzenbacher (aka Mr. Mischief), Hannah Eisenberg (aka Hydra Hannah), Ian Angeles (aka Mr. E), Layla Saloman (aka Professor Polymer), Ebony Gennes (aka Professor Astra), Tyree Wilson (aka Dr. Monomer), Melissa Peterson (aka Lady Lightning), Brian Freeland (aka Biology Brian), Sarah Shapiro (aka Miss Sequence), Mitch Harris (aka Mr. Mixture), and Molly Shulman (aka Molly Mayhem). Science Guys of Baltimore is a Registered Vendor for Baltimore City, Prince George’s County, Frederick County, Baltimore County, and Anne Arundel County Public Schools. The program has received recognition as Best Academic/Enrichment Program 2024 and Best Kids Party Entertainer 2025.
