Horizon Child Care offers before and after school care for school-age children as well as all-day child care. At one site, the program includes a before and after school program for school-age children and a full-day preschool program for 2–5-year-old children. The program also offers a summer option at this site that creates a camp-like experience while maintaining its stated standards of high-quality child care.

Registration for the 2025–2026 before and after school care programs at Rolling Terrace Elementary School and Burnt Mills Elementary School, as well as the 2025–2026 all-day preschool and before and after school care program at the Jackson Rd MLK Park site, is now open.
