The Compound Fight House

The Compound Fight House offers classes in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, Muay Thai, and wrestling. Kids can take Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), Kids Judo, Kids Muay Thai, and Beginner Youth Wrestling. Teens and adults have options including Adult Jiu-Jitsu, Adult Judo, Adult Muay Thai, and Adult Catch Wrestling, as well as Catch Wrestling and Muay Thai for ages 14 and up.

The program’s stated mission is to help the community get safer and stronger, inside and out. It offers both kids and adults martial arts training and has been described as the “Best Martial Arts School in Silver Spring.” The program highlights a fun, friendly community of members and describes its classes as fun, with an emphasis on an amazing community and action-packed martial arts.

One parent shared that their son has done BJJ with coach Pow and that they appreciate a teaching style that includes technique, values, discipline, respect, and fun. Another testimonial describes the school as having an awesome family atmosphere where everyone helps one another and all are passionate about training.
