Bar-T substitutes spend 1–2 weeks in training at a specific Bar-T training center, and all summer camp teams participate in trainings on Friday, May 30th (7:00pm–9:00pm), Saturday, May 31st (8:00am–5:00pm), and Saturday, June 7th (8:00am–5:00pm). Bar-T notes that Bar-T bus transportation is available for JLITs to both Mountainside and Ranch, that there is a Director Career Track with a transparent salary band and growth opportunities, that certain director roles are benefit eligible for healthcare, vision, dental, and an employee assistance program, and that substitute positions are assigned on an “as needed” basis and may be scheduled last minute.
