Frostburg Summer Day Camp is a summer day camp that runs alongside the City’s parks and recreation offerings. The program operates in a community that also offers sports leagues through the Parks and Recreation Department.

• Schedule: Operates from June to August
The department operates a summer day camp from June to August for children ages 5–12 years old. The City of Frostburg Parks and Recreation Department also supports 9 different sports leagues encompassing six different sports. Park and recreation facilities have over 330,000 visitors per year. The Park and Recreation Department has an elected commissioner, a full-time staff of four employees, a summer seasonal staff of 30 employees, and a five-member Parks & Recreation Commission that serves as an advisory board.
