The Hope Center Youth and Children's Programs are part of The Hope Center at Hagerstown Rescue Mission’s services for young people. These programs are included alongside food assistance, a men's emergency shelter, and a men's life recovery program as part of the broader work of The Hope Center in the community. The programs are offered at no cost to those in need as part of the organization’s expanded services, which also include youth outreach, community meals 365 days a year, and clothing assistance.
