Girls Lacrosse Camp at Garrison Forest School includes positional training, individual and group stick work, and positional techniques. Campers take part in dynamic warm-ups, specialized stick routines with targeted fundamental drills, and position-specific training for attack, midfield, and defensive players. The camp also features team concepts, daily scrimmages, camp games, situational game play including player up and down situations, fast breaks, groundballs and clears, small sided games, camp championships, and 6s style and 7v7 games.

Girls Lacrosse Camp at Garrison Forest School is part of GameBreaker Lacrosse Camps, which has offered lacrosse instructional programs since 2001. The camp is open to girls ages 6–16 for day camp, with a half-day option available for girls ages 6–9, and it is open to campers of all ability levels. Campers are grouped based on age and skill level, and the camp uses a low camper-to-coach ratio with a focus on both individual skill development and teamwork in a positive, engaging environment. GameBreaker Lacrosse Camps is recognized as the national leader for lacrosse instruction and education, and over 100,000 campers have attended its programs. GameBreaker Lacrosse Camps employs a staff that is Double-Goal Certified by the Positive Coaching Alliance and is described as the only lacrosse camp organization in the country that employs a staff with this certification.

Camp Director Jessy Morgan serves as Athletic Director and Head Lacrosse Coach at Garrison Forest School and is a coach for the USA U18 Women’s National Team. Her previous experience includes serving as Head Coach at George Mason University from 2014 to 2021, Head Coach at Howard University, and Assistant Coach at the University of Virginia. She was an All-American defender at the University of Virginia and helped the Cavaliers win the 2004 NCAA National Championship.

Campers are required to bring their own equipment and their own lunch. Required items include a Health Form, lacrosse stick, goggles, cleats, sneakers, mouthguard, water bottle, and lunch or snack, along with any suggested items on the camp packing list. Every article brought to camp should be labeled, and all items are the responsibility of the camper, as GameBreaker Lacrosse and its camp staff are not responsible for lost, stolen, or forgotten items.

Parent and camper feedback includes comments that a camper “felt challenged at camp and appreciated the feedback and constructive criticism from the coaches to help me get better,” and that this “will definitely help me in my lacrosse season.” Another parent noted appreciation for “the efficient drop-off system,” while their daughter appreciated “the friendships and improved skills” and that “the coaches fostered an environment where girls celebrated each other’s improvements.” A third parent reported that their daughter returned from overnight camp with “improved draw control skills and newfound confidence,” and described the facilities as having “spotless dorms, well-maintained fields, and healthy, delicious meals.”
