BT Camps

BT Camps offers a wide range of activities, including ball fields, hiking trails, a ropes course, a zip line, arts and crafts, nature activities, sports, indoor and outdoor activities, and outdoor play. Campers have access to the Sachs Family Challenge Course with two 60-foot towers, a creative arts center, the Sachs Nature Center, a regulation-sized multi-purpose sports court, and an amphitheater for special events. Aquatics activities include swimming in multiple pools, an instructional swim program, a boating lake with a 60-foot tall 90-foot-long slide, kayaks, corcls, water mats, an inflatable climbing structure, and an interactive splash pad water area, along with Kabbalat Shabbats and other Jewish programming.

• Schedule: Summer 2026 runs from Monday, June 22 to Friday, August 14, with no camp on Friday, July 3 and Thursday, July 23

BT Camps includes a Traditional Day Camp experience, Travel Camp, Maccabi Sports Camp, Specialty Camps including a STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math) program, Art Camp with media such as glass fusion and copper enameling, a sports camp for campers who love to play sports and meet professional athletes, and a Leadership Training (L.T.) Program for teens who are too old for camp but too young to be counselors. Travel Camp offers trips to amusement parks, water parks, laser tag venues, and indoor trampoline parks. Nursery Camp is available for campers ages 2, 3, and 4 years old, and KinderCamp is a half-day transitional program for four-year-olds to attend the big camp. Since 1943, Beth Tfiloh has provided a Jewish summer day camp in Baltimore County, and BT Camps includes lively weekly Kabbalat Shabbats and other Jewish programming. The staff is powered by dedicated teachers, young adults, and very responsible high school students, and BT Camps states that it is a great place for kids to grow.
