BT Camps

BT Camps offers activities that include ball fields, hiking trails, arts and crafts, nature, sports, swimming, and an instructional swim program. Campers have access to the Sachs Family Challenge Course with two 60-foot towers, a ropes course, a zip line, a creative arts center, the Sachs Nature Center, and a regulation-sized multi-purpose sports court. The program also features three pools, dual water slides, an interactive splash pad water area, a boating lake with a 60-foot tall 90-foot-long slide, kayaks, corcls, water mats, an inflatable climbing structure, glass fusion, copper enameling, Kabbalat Shabbats, Jewish programming, and Travel Camp trips to amusement parks, water parks, laser tag venues, and indoor trampoline parks.

• Schedule: Summer 2026 runs from Monday, June 22 to Friday, August 14, with no camp on Friday, July 3 and Thursday, July 23.

Since 1943, Beth Tfiloh has provided a well-organized and fun-filled Jewish summer day camp in Baltimore County. BT Camps includes a traditional day camp experience, Travel Camp, Maccabi Sports Camp, specialty camps including a STEAM program, Nursery Camp and Kinder Camp for younger campers, and a Leadership Training Program for teens who are too old for camp but too young to be counselors. Swimming at BT Camps is described as a time-honored tradition, with an instructional swim program that combines a supportive teaching philosophy with expertise. The staff is powered by dedicated teachers, young adults, and very responsible high school students, and the mission statement for BT Camps is that it is a great place for kids to grow.
