Bender JCC Youth & Family Programs

Bender JCC Youth & Family Programs includes an After School Program for children ages 6 to 12 with arts, sports, dance, karate, and swimming. It also offers Gudelsky Exceptional Swim Program / Adaptive Swim Lessons for children, teens, and adults with orthopedic-related disabilities, Baby and Me Yoga for infants and toddlers, Personal Training, and Group Exercise.

Programs

• Gudelsky Exceptional Swim Program / Adaptive Swim Lessons — All · Helps children, teens, and adults with orthopedic-related disabilities enjoy aquatics.
• Baby and Me Yoga — Infants and Toddlers (0-5)
• Personal Training — Teens (13-17), Adults (18+), Adults and Seniors (60+) · Customized one-on-one and small-group sessions designed to help you reach your fitness goals.
• Group Exercise — Teens (13-17), Adults (18+), Adults and Seniors (60+) · 40+ free group fitness classes every day, designed for all interests, ages, and skill levels.

About the provider

The Bender JCC has served the Washington community for over fifty years. It was first founded in 1913 and incorporated in 1923. The Bender JCC is an active and proud member of the JCC Association of North America, and it has received awards and recognitions for its innovative programming and Lessans Camp JCC’s inclusive programming for people with disabilities. It is one of the largest local beneficiary agencies of The Jewish Federation of Greater Washington.
