The Edge Training Academy offers gym memberships, personal training, athletic development, leagues, open play, clinics and classes, and both youth and adult activities. The program includes strength training, weight loss, injury prevention, cardiovascular health, posture correction, strength and conditioning, speed and power development, sport-specific skills, return-to-play support, and combine or showcase preparation. It also hosts rentals and arena field parties and events for community activities, rentals, and parties.

The Edge Training Academy provides 24/7 access for members to a gym, turf room, and sport court. The organization began in 2013 and is associated with the Giving The Edge Foundation, a non-profit organization whose mission is to help young people grow into successful, caring, responsible, and productive adults. Community involvement includes field days, PBIS, community events, leadership programs, scholarships, and Positive Behavior Incentives.
The leadership team includes Robert Woolley (Owner), Sarah Seeling (General Manager), Donasja Cooper (Training Coordinator & Coach), Thomas Jourdak (Strength & Conditioning Coach), Mace Davis (Coach), Paul Marek (Lacrosse Coordinator & Coach), and Brandon Galloway (Lacrosse Coach). Staff credentials include degrees and certifications in exercise science, business, kinesiology, sport human performance and nutrition, physical education, psychology, adaptive personal training, strength and conditioning, and national and state certifications in physical and adapted physical education. Coaching and athletic credentials include Maryland Lacrosse State Championships in 2014, 2015, 2022, and 2023 associated with Robert Woolley, and two Maryland State Championships for high school softball associated with Donasja Cooper. One stated focus of Coach Davis is long-term athletic development for youth performance and ensuring that individuals, regardless of ability, have the opportunity to stay active and pursue a healthy lifestyle.
