Firm Foundation Faith Academy Summer Program

Firm Foundation Faith Academy Summer Program includes a martial arts program as one of its activities. The program is part of a broader set of offerings that also include a year-round Infant Center, Faith Academy up to Kindergarten, and an after school program for elementary students. Learning objectives in the program include language, math, social skills, Spanish, science, music, art, physical education, and outdoor fun. Firm Foundation Early Childhood Enrichment Center and Faith Academy use the ABEKA and Frogstreet curriculum, with other enhancements, that are carefully designed for each age group.

The stated mission of Firm Foundation is to provide a safe, nurturing Christian atmosphere for child development, with a program designed to meet the spiritual, emotional, physical, social, and cognitive development needs of the whole child. One parent reports that their daughter comes home with new things she has learned and that the staff is warm, welcoming, and communicative about any issues. Another parent states that the kids love the martial arts program with Sifu Spencer and that they learn a lot in it.
