The program offers transportation to and from various schools, availability at both locations, and includes meals and vouchers. Light breakfast and a snack are provided daily, snacks are prepared using elements from the food pyramid, and milk, fruit juice, and/or water are served with snacks. For the Infant–5 years program, lunch is provided until further notice, lunch menus are posted for review, and there is a no peanut policy. During field trips, pre-schoolers are required to bring their own lunch for the day, except during field trips that include lunch.

Parents may call the Center during the day to ask how their child is doing, and the Director will check on the child and report back. Teachers are available to speak directly with parents from 12:30–2:30 pm daily. Tours at the Branch Avenue facility are available from 10am–2pm Monday–Thursday and take about 45 minutes to complete.

One parent, Crystal Glenn, states that this Center is the best center she has encountered, that her child has learned a lot, and that the center offers affordable pricing, home-cooked meals, above-the-learning experiences, and a summer camp she describes as beyond imagination, including a harvest party with large treat bags, funnel cakes, ice cream, moon bounces, a game truck, and more. Another parent, Vernice Miles, describes the place as incredible, says the owners Robert and Valencia Makel are very passionate about the children, mentions that tutoring was provided at no cost, and notes that Christian activities like drama were offered and that her child was very excited and stayed interested in church activities. A third parent, Brittany Casey, reports that her daughter loves the center, describes the staff as very friendly and professional, and says the director, Ms. Vee, goes above and beyond for the children, especially during the holidays.
