Wildcats Gymnastics offers classes, camps, parties, open gyms, and events, including Lynx & Ocelot Camps and Lynx & Ocelot Summer Camps. The program also holds Show-Team practices and invites participants to join the Show-Team in the Memorial Day Parade in Falmouth and the Windham Summerfest Parade.

Wildcats Gymnastics was founded by Devon Saloga (Coach Devon), who has over 40 years of experience coaching and managing in various gymnastics facilities across the United States. The program uses progressive, structured weekly lesson plans that coaches continuously refine and improve, and it emphasizes strong communication among staff members and between staff and patrons. Its mission states that children are the most precious and important beings on the planet, that gymnastics is valuable for every student even if they never compete, that gymnastics should be fun, healthy, and educational, and that every group in the gym—preschool, recreation, competition teams, and staff—is equally important. The mission also states that every business should create, use, maintain, and improve an effective quality control system and should productively contribute to the community it impacts, and that Wildcats invests time, energy, and resources in supporting its staff.
