Bemis Farms Preschool and Childcare

Bemis Farms Preschool and Childcare offers infant and toddler programs for ages 6 weeks to 18 months and 18 months to 30 months, preschool programs for ages 30 months to 3 years, 3 to 4 years, and 4 to 5 years, school-age programs for kindergarten through 6th grade, extended care for kindergarten through 6th grade, and summer camp for kindergarten through 6th grade. Summer Camp is based on the HighScope Curriculum and focuses on active participatory learning.

About the provider

Bemis Farms Preschool and Childcare was established in 1994 and expanded its main site in 2003. It is accredited by NAEYC and describes a philosophy of providing a loving, caring environment that promotes and encourages all aspects of learning, creativity, and sound character building. The program was founded in Saline, Michigan on 18 acres of farmland and includes gardens, trees, raised garden beds, a flower and fairy garden, nature trails, and a Schoolyard Habitat.
