IGM Gymnastics offers recreational and competitive Rhythmic gymnastics classes, as well as recreational and competitive Artistic gymnastics classes. The program also offers Summer Camps, Winter Camps, MEA Camps, Open Gyms, birthday parties, competitions, sleepovers, and parents' night out events. Classes and events take place in a facility with Gymnova equipment such as trampolines, a tumble track, foam pit, bars, beams, vaults, spring floors, rings, and toddler equipment, along with air purification and exchange systems.

Coaches at IGM Gymnastics receive ongoing training, are USAG safety certified, and have been background checked. Programs are developed by professional coaches, and gymnasts may be invited to join a competitive team based on skill, desire, and work ethic. The recreational program is geared toward toddlers starting at 18 months through teens. IGM Gymnastics has trained two United States National Rhythmic Team members, Michelle Milstein and Sarah Kudishevich. The leadership team includes Irina Kim, who sets a context of caring, fun and achievement, and Nellie Kim, who is associated with the IGM Artistic Program, served as Head Judge of the 2008 Beijing Olympics, and is a five-time Olympic medalist. The stated mission is to provide quality gymnastics education in a safe and fun environment while promoting health and fitness in children. Families can use online registration for classes, events, and camps, and a free trial class is available.
