Summer programming provides additional support to meet the needs of all learners, and youth programs through One91 Community Education include enrichment classes and activities, after-school programs, summer camps and more. Early Childhood programs through Community Education serve children from birth to preschool, and adult programs include classes to learn new skills, earn a GED or citizenship through the School for Adults, and make connections through the Senior Center.

Project KIDS Summer Break offers summer childcare for children entering kindergarten through grade 6 in fall 2025. The EDGE is a comprehensive youth program for kids entering grades 6–9 (or until a child turns 16), with a focus on building community, independence and positive interpersonal communication and socialization skills in a fun, recreational and educational environment where kids can feel success, achievement and recognition, and kids who attend The EDGE are involved in planning, have choices in activities, take trips, and are active in the community. Blaze Athletics Summer Camps run through the Burnsville High School Athletics Department, with registrations and payments collected through Community Education, and there are Blaze Athletic Camps offered for all ages.

Kindergarten Jumpstart is a free program for District 191 students entering kindergarten in September 2026 and provides soon-to-be kindergartners with engaging, hands-on experiences and social learning intended to support the transition to full-day kindergarten. Students in grades K–7 summer school are immersed in hands-on, project-based learning that focuses on a variety of themes that align with One91 Pathways. Students in the Summer STEM Success Academy can earn up to 2 elective high school credits by attending three classes, including the 9th-grade Strategies course, the Leadership and Service course, and the STEM with writing course, and participation in this academy is voluntary and free.

Students in the 9th-grade Strategies course learn the lay of the land at Burnsville High School and academic and emotional skills they will need for their first year. In the Leadership and Service course, students learn about social justice issues and develop a plan for a service learning project that they will carry out during their first semester of high school. In the STEM with writing course, students develop skills in STEM while highlighting four different areas of engineering.

Students in grades 9–12 who are credit deficient or missing required credits for graduation are encouraged to register for the Summer Credit Recovery Program, which is intended to assist students in earning back their course credit, and registration for this program can only be completed through the student's counselor. Rockin' Reader Storytime features District One91 principals and “Rockstars” and is offered in partnership with One91 Food Services and the City of Burnsville, and Rockin' Reader Lunch Hour Concerts are sponsored by the City of Burnsville. BrainPower in a Backpack is a largely student-supported community service program that provides weekend meals to students and families in need across Burnsville, Eagan, and Savage.

The One91 Community Education leadership team includes Director of Community Education Jason Sellars; ACE L4 Admin Assistants/Specialists Martha Najera Vazquez and Danielle Anderson; Cultural Liaison Maricela Dale; and Youth Services Community Education Coordinator Courtnee Floback. District 191 notes that this is the 37th and 38th year of staff performances in the “Class Acts” program.
