Practice Perfect Training offers youth basketball clinics, advanced skill development, summer basketball camps and trainings, and basketball camps and offers. The program includes small and large group trainings, basketball training, and player evaluations as part of its training system.

• Schedule: 60+ minute training sessions
• Price: Single Session Training Credit: $40 for 60+ minute training, group of 6–12, home workout plan. 8-Lesson Package: $240 for 8 training sessions, 60+ minute training, group of 6–12, home workout plan. Unlimited Monthly Plan: $250 for unlimited training sessions, 30 days validity, group of 6–12, home workout plan.
Practice Perfect Training uses the “Learn. Practice. Perfect. Play” system, the PPT Training System 2.0, an 18 level training structure, and a progressive and easy to understand move matrix. Player evaluations are the first step to a Practice Perfect Training plan, and initial player evaluations precisely determine each player’s current basketball skill level. The program states that its proven system guarantees skill progression when combined with player effort. Leadership is provided by Will Swiggum, Head Trainer, and Dale Young, Founder and Head Trainer, and the staff includes Coach Will, who has professional playing experience. Practice Perfect Training describes its mission as bringing perfect practice habits to basketball players in Rochester Minnesota, Byron, Stewartville and other surrounding areas, and invites athletes to join a community of like-minded athletes from Byron and beyond who are driven to succeed in basketball and in life.
