KMC Dance Camp includes dancing in all forms and styles, gymnastics, self defense, swimming in a heated pool, and pool olympics. Campers spend time sleeping in a tent, planning skits, sitting by the campfire, snacking, and making new friends. The camp also features an annual theme party and singing for their mail.
• Ages: 8–13 years old
• Schedule: Dance Camp 2026 runs July 13–17, with a daily themed dress code that includes a Camp T-Shirt day, TuTu Tuesday, Dress like a KMC Dance Teacher Day, and KMC Spirit Day.
KMC Studios has been training dancers for over 65 years. Its mission states that it is committed to teaching, encouraging and inspiring students to become strong, confident dancers, and that each student is important. The mission also notes a focus on technique, teamwork, style and dedication, along with an emphasis on hard work, community involvement, ethical behavior and having fun. The camp notes that campers love mail and that dancers feel left out if they do not have a costume, so families are asked to send one with them. KMC Dance Camp brings together KMC dancers from all the studios to spend a week together.
