Dance Arts Centre offers summer classes that include Royal Rhythm, In My Sparkle Era, In My Hip Hop Era, Boys Hip Hop, and Tiny Explorers Animal Dance Camp. Specific class options include Royal Rhythm, In My Sparkle Era, In My Hip Hop Era for ages 5–7 and 8–12, Boys Hip Hop, and Tiny Explorers Animal Dance Camp.

Dance Arts Centre has been serving the Eden Prairie/Chanhassen Minnesota area for over 45 years. The leadership team includes Kylie Carlson, Lindsey Eberhard, Jessica Flosi, Pam Gleason, Jessica Goulet, Ashley Halloran, Sophia Hedlund, Katie Hieb, Jaydan Kaehler, Cede Lano, Julia Levina, Taryn Meyer, Cate Parker, Jill Rieken, Jenn Sullivan, Mollie Sylvestre, Alysia Ulfers, Kate Vaughan, and Jane Ward. Its mission statement focuses on developing strong dancers with even stronger character, with an approach to dance education that emphasizes “Character First,” including perseverance, respect, and teamwork. The program describes itself as “More Than Just Great Dancing,” with dancers going beyond technique to develop important life skills, and offers training from beginners of all ages through pre-professional levels.
Dance Arts Centre offers a Competition Teams program for more serious dancers that focuses on building strong technique, learning team camaraderie, and improving performance skills. The competitive team program consists of 12 performing teams from pre-k through high school, ranging from intermediate to advanced dancers, and there is an option to have a private audition or evaluation if a dancer misses auditions. Community involvement includes events such as food drives.
Testimonials from parents include comments about the quality of instruction, variety of dance experiences, proactive organization and communication, and the studio’s “Character First” motto, including recognition of dancers, buddy pairings between older and younger teams, and community events.
