About
The Cottage Grove Athletic Association Baseball In-House Program includes Wee Tees, Instructional T-Ball, Traditional T-Ball, Pitchball, Pee Wees, and Minors, along with a season-opening kick-off and end-of-the-year tournaments. Wee Tees is a program offered to 4-year-old children to provide them with the basics of the game of baseball, and participants in Wee Tees are provided with jerseys. Instructional T-Ball introduces 5-year-olds to positions and the general concept of the game without emphasizing score, Traditional T-Ball for 6-year-olds keeps score and prepares players for Pitchball, Pitchball involves hitting balls pitched by coaches with players rotating through all positions, Pee Wees introduces kids pitching to other kids and strengthens all other phases of the game, and Minors is the final In-House league that adds in all phases of the game to prepare players for the next step of baseball.
