Hi-Five Sports Camp – Eden Prairie offers an all-day sports camp where campers take part in basketball, baseball, soccer, flag football, gaga ball, and handball. Each week also includes a team challenge or activity focused around the theme of the day, along with Skills Competitions.
• Ages: 6–12 years old
• Schedule: 8-week summer camp, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM, with drop-off beginning at 8:30 AM and pick-up beginning at 3:00 PM; After Care available from 3:00 PM–5:00 PM
• Price: Ages 6–12 Years Old: 1 Week: $375; 4 Week Package: $1,500; 8 Week Package: $3,000; After Camp Care: $100 per week; Catered Lunch & Snack: $50 per week; lunch and After Care may only be purchased by the week, and if a child requires lunch on a particular day, the total cost of a week of lunch, $50, will be incurred; After Care cost is $100 for the week.
The daily schedule includes pre-camp free time from 8:30 AM–9:00 AM, morning announcements and team flag area meetings from 9:00 AM–9:20 AM, and four activity blocks between 9:25 AM and 2:45 PM with snack breaks and lunch in between, followed by a team flag area post-game from 2:45 PM–2:55 PM. Each day, a Camper of the Day from each division is recognized and given Murphy Coins. With up to 12 different team sports experienced every week, campers are divided into balanced teams that learn about and compete in a wide variety of team sports in an all-day sports camp. Each week, campers have the opportunity to learn about and compete in sports such as basketball, baseball, soccer, flag football, gaga ball, handball, and more, and the camp welcomes campers of all abilities and immerses them in multiple sports, games, and healthy activities.
Hi-Five Sports brings a 30+ year tradition to this camp, with Hi-Five Sports Camp founded in Northfield, Illinois in 1990 and celebrating its 30th anniversary in 2020. The staff includes professional coaches, high school athletes, and college athletes who promote the fundamentals through personalized instruction and positive reinforcement. Hi-Five Sports Camp is dedicated to a full menu of team sports for children from 1st–6th grade, and its unique Sport Zones are designed specifically for children from preschool to 8th grade. The program states personal growth principles that include teamwork, respect, leadership, sportsmanship, friendship, loyalty, and family, and it states a belief in giving kids a break from technology and social media.
