Legacy Gymnastics offers gymnastics classes, ninja classes, preschool gymnastics, tumbling, recreational gymnastics, teams, high school gymnastics, and events. Kids use equipment such as vault, bars, beam, floor, trampoline, climbing rope, and a foam pit, and take part in obstacle courses and games. Legacy Gymnastics also hosts birthday parties and No School Kids Camps.

• Schedule: No School Kids Camps are offered as full or half days during Spring Break on March 19–21 and March 26–28.
Legacy Gymnastics states that its mission is to develop happy, healthy and resilient people through fitness and fun. Recreational classes include warm-ups with exercises that increase flexibility and strengthen cardiovascular, muscular, and mental aspects, and classes visit all four Olympic events (vault, bars, beam, floor) along with trampoline. Ninja classes include obstacle courses, games, and activities using gymnastics equipment, trampolines, climbing rope, and a foam pit, with class goals that include listening skills, confidence, trying new things, working through frustration, and manners. Birthday parties include games, gymnastics, and trampolines, are supervised by trained and energetic coaching staff, and do not require any gymnastics experience for the birthday child or guests. Legacy Gymnastics offers a free trial and lists nine core beliefs: Respect, Gratitude, Ethic, Character, Motivation, Approach, Attitude, and Excel.
One parent, Owen Curtiss, reports that a 5-year-old child enjoys the classes, that the child gets to jump and swing on the equipment and learn gymnastics, and that teachers are great. This parent also notes that all non-students have to wear masks in the building and that equipment is sanitized any time a student changes equipment.
