Gibbs Farm Camps and Youth Programs

Gibbs Farm Camps and Youth Programs offers unique, hands-on programs that include time on a 19th century farm, learning about Dakota seasonal life, exploring nature, playing games, and spending time with farm animals. Activities also include gardening, tea parties, and a Winter PeeWees Camp session called Winter PeeWees Camp – Cozy Crafts. The program is part of Gibbs Farm: Pathways to Dakota and Pioneer Life, which interprets Minnesota life in the 1800s.

Gibbs Farm Camps and Youth Programs are held at the Gibbs Farm historic site, an 8 acre site with historic and replica buildings, a tipi, farm animals, restored prairie, and multiple gardens for an immersive educational experience. Gibbs Farm reaches the community through field trips, summer camps, volunteerism, public tours, and more.
