Faribault Community Education Youth Enrichment offers activities that include Summer STEAM, Little Falcons Extracurricular Activities, Driver Education and Youth Drivers Ed, Kids World, Project ABLE, Bowling, Food Finds, Pizza Bingo, Music with Debbie, Night Out of Eating, Arts & Crafts, and LETRS Training. Summer STEAM is a six-week program during June and July that includes teacher-led classroom learning in reading, writing, and science, as well as time outside, camps, and cabin time with free breakfast and lunch. Kids World is a certified and accredited fee-based childcare program that serves children through structured care and activities.

Faribault Community Education states that it offers programming that serves all ages from birth through adulthood and promises to enrich the lives of students, families, and community members by facilitating learning opportunities from birth through adulthood. Kids World is described as a certified and accredited fee-based childcare program for children ages 3–12. Little Falcons Extracurricular Activities is described as a free afterschool program that introduces Faribault elementary students to a variety of extracurricular sports and activities so they feel connected to their school, community, family, and friends. Community School programming uses Welcome Center spaces at Jefferson Elementary, Lincoln Elementary, Roosevelt Elementary, Faribault Middle School, and Faribault High School and is described as a place where teachers, administrators, families, students, other school staff, and the community work together to strengthen and support students so they can thrive in schools and in the community. The Faribault Public Schools Community Education Department states that it welcomes the active involvement of community members and encourages community involvement in Community Education processes and programs. Minnesota Afterschool Advance is listed as a resource that helps students and their families fund their afterschool goals through the Minnesota K-12 Education Tax Credit. Driver Education classroom sessions are held after school during the school year from 3:30–6:30 pm, and during summer vacation they are held in the morning from 8:00–11:00 am or in the afternoon from 12:30–3:30 pm, and if school is canceled, Driver Education class is also canceled. Kids World operates out of Jefferson, Lincoln, and Roosevelt, and Kids World Full Day operates from 6:30 am to 5:30 pm on listed days.
