About
Minnesota Premier Tennis Summer Camp is a summer tennis camp where kids play and learn tennis under the guidance of experienced instructors. The camp focuses on the development of junior tennis players of all abilities and is offered for both boys and girls. Camp sessions are open to kids of all experience levels, from those picking up a racket for the first time to those who already have a few years of play.

The mission of Minnesota Premier Tennis Summer Camp is to help tennis campers believe and achieve, both on and off the tennis court. The camp is led by Director of Tennis Patrik Segfeldt, who has an extensive background teaching both adults and juniors at country clubs in Florida, Connecticut, Minnesota, and Sweden. Patrik managed a very large junior development program at the Racquet Club of Boca Raton, where, during a five-year tenure, ten of his students received full scholarships to play college tennis, and his students have competed at the Orange Bowl in Miami, Florida. As Head Pro at Woodfield Country Club in Boca Raton, Florida, he managed 24 full-time tennis pros and 10 part-time tennis pros, and he later served as Director of Tennis at Mizner Country Club in Delray Beach, Florida for almost fifteen years, as well as Director of Tennis at Woodhill Country Club in Wayzata, Minnesota.
The instructors at Minnesota Premier Tennis Summer Camp are world-class athletes and tennis players with over 30 years of tennis teaching experience. Patrik is a member of the United States Professional Tennis Association (USPTA) and has attained Elite Professional status. He held the USPTA number one ranking for doubles in Florida in the under 35 division and the number two ranking for doubles in Florida in the under 40 division.
