Maverick Nike Swim Camp at Minnesota State University, Mankato

Maverick Nike Swim Camp at Minnesota State University, Mankato is a Complete Stroke Technique Stroke Technique Camp where campers spend time swimming, doing useful sets and drills during each workout, and taking part in group activities in and out of the pool. Campers are video-recorded doing their strokes, including underwater video recording, and then review these videos with staff for in-depth technical analysis, sometimes comparing their strokes to videos of top-level swimmers. The camp also includes classroom time, learning about the mental and physical aspects of swimming, listening to music in the pool, and other fun activities worked into the camp.
