Rush Creek Junior Golf Programs offers year-round programs that include options for different ages and abilities, with class sizes limited in many cases, such as a maximum of 16 for many classes, a maximum of 8 for Spring Future Pros, and a maximum of 10 for Divots. Divots requires a parent or another responsible adult to attend each class with their child, and parents in Divots are expected to stay with their child to help with safety and organization while also having the chance to learn how to teach their child. Guidelines for families include parent information regarding inclement weather and dress code, and casual photographs or video may be taken and used for marketing purposes, with attendance granting permission for image use for internal promotion.

Instruction is led by a PGA Director of Instruction and PGA Teaching Professionals. The leadership team includes Aaron Jacobson (PGA Director of Instruction), Charlie Levis (PGA Teaching Professional), Tom Wall (PGA Teaching Professional), and Kyle Thul (PGA Teaching Professional), and Rush Creek was founded by W. Duncan MacMillan. Rush Creek was founded in 1996, and in 2000 the MacMillan Ballroom and Banquet Center were opened. The stated goal of the junior programs is to help each junior enjoy the game of golf and reach their golfing potential.

One testimonial notes that Rush Creek does “an incredible job each and every time” for a tournament and calls it “the BEST club” that person has worked with. Another testimonial describes a wedding reception at Rush Creek as taking the event “to a whole new level.” A student working with Aaron Jacobson over four years describes him as “a fabulous teacher” and credits him with helping the student reach a 6 handicap and shoot a lowest round of 76, and another comment states that the staff “were nothing short of excellent.”
