M-Theory Martial Arts offers Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes, including Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Youth Jiu Jitsu, Kids Jiu Jitsu, Adult Jiu Jitsu, and No Gi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. The program focuses on the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, popularized by the Gracie family, and teaches the art and science of leverage as the basis for BJJ.

The academy’s mission is to offer world-class Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instruction for men, women, and children in a friendly environment and to help students achieve goals related to self-defense, competition, fitness, or weight loss. The leadership team includes Head Instructor Ishmael Bentley and Martial Arts Instructors Corey Nelson, Marcus Beddor, Drake Roth, Ryan Dixon, and Kahyeon Seo. The gym is described as family oriented and taking an interest in each student’s goals, with a personalized approach focused on each student individually and a supportive, close-knit community atmosphere. Families and visitors describe the academy as super clean, with clean and spacious training mats, bathrooms, changing rooms, and a hanging out area, as well as tough training partners and knowledgeable instructors.
