Capital City Football Programs offers year-round football training and league play, including flag football, tacklebar football, and tackle football. The program also includes Little Riders football skill stations and gaming, the Spring Stampede 5v5 league with skill development, Cap City Fillies girls-only 5v5 competitive games with skill development and scheme introduction, and Cap City Academy for individual football skill development and introduction to grade level playbooks.

• Schedule: Seasonal options including spring flag football on four Sundays in April and May, fall flag in-house from late August to mid October, and tacklebar from early August through mid October, with sessions ranging from 60 to 90 minutes and tackle formats meeting 3–4 days per week.
