Highland Ball offers softball, baseball, T-Ball, Coach Pitch, Inhouse Baseball, and multiple levels of baseball and softball team play. Baseball options include D-League, Rookie, A Level, AA Level, AAA Level, AL Level, PLUS/Tournament Team Program (Baseball), Travel League/Tournament Team Program (Baseball), and Inhouse Baseball. Softball options include D-League (Softball), Inhouse Minors Level, Inhouse Majors Level, Inhouse Middle School, PLUS/Tournament-only 10u and 12u, and Tri-County/Travel teams at 12u, 14u, and High School 16u and 18u.

Highland Ball T-Ball is a co-ed program that feeds both Highland Baseball and Highland Softball. Due to construction at the Groveland Fields, registration for the T-Ball program will be delayed until the spring when alternative field availability can be confirmed. PLUS/Tournament Team Program (4th–7th graders) and Travel League/Tournament Team Program (6th–9th graders) teams are formed at fall evaluations.
On May 7, 2020, Ryan Companies formally transferred the former “Ford Fields” to the Friends of Highland Ball. Friends of Highland Ball is an entity created by Highland Ball to hold the land that will be used by the Highland Ball organization. Norder Field was named in honor of Larry Norder and his family for their generosity to Highland Ball, and before demolition, the stadium lights from Norder Field were moved to the West Field, increasing the number of games played at the West Field each season and preserving the Norder Family legacy at Highland Ball.
Highland Ball 2025 Uniform Information and Spirit Wear Stores are available for baseball and softball. The 2025 Highland Baseball Sportswear Store offers new 2025 custom designs for hoodies, training shirts, hats and others, with orders before 3/19 for pick up at Highland Ball Opening Weekend on April 26th. The 2025 Highland Spiritwear Store – Softball offers new 2025 custom designs for hoodies, tees, jackets, hats, bag tags and more.
