About
Minnesota JCC Youth & Teen Programs and Summer Camps include Minnesota JCC Summer Camps, which feature Summer Camp experiences at Camp Olami and Camp Butwin. These camps are described as unforgettable, growth-filled experiences where kids build confidence, friendships, and a deep connection to the outdoors, with dedicated staff creating safe, supportive, screen-free environments where every camper can learn, explore, and thrive. Camp Butwin hosts hundreds of children each summer at an inclusive outdoor Jewish Day Camp and is described as having an unparalleled commitment to inclusivity and celebrating and embracing the vibrant diversity within the community.
The Minnesota JCC describes itself as a vibrant hub where people of all backgrounds come together to connect, grow, and belong, offering meaningful programs and shared experiences with a deep commitment to community that creates spaces that inspire connection and enrich Jewish life and the lives of all who walk through its doors. The Minnesota JCC Foundation’s sole purpose is to support the Minnesota Jewish Community Center by holding and managing the JCC’s real estate assets and endowment and restricted funds, and gifts to the Foundation provide sustainable support for programs and services for generations to come. The Minnesota JCC Capp Center in St. Paul was built in 1964 and was most recently renovated through a $16 million community funded capital campaign in 2018.
