Ramsey County Junior Golf offers a golf academy at Keller, golf camps at Keller and Manitou Ridge, junior leagues at Manitou Ridge and Island Lake, junior lessons at Keller and Island Lake, and girls golf clinics. The program includes options for children who are new to golf as well as those who want to further develop existing skills. Golf activities are available for a wide range of youth, including specific offerings for girls.

Ramsey County Junior Golf includes a golf academy at Keller for golfers in grades 6–12 who play golf or want to learn how to play competitive golf. Golf camps at Keller and Manitou Ridge are offered to golfers ages 5–17 at all skill levels. Junior leagues at Manitou Ridge and Island Lake provide weekly league play, including a weekly instructional session before play begins, for golfers ages 8–17. Junior lessons at Keller and Island Lake provide weekly lessons for golfers ages 4–17. Girls golf clinics are free events for girls ages 8–17 of all skill levels and are led by LPGA professionals and The First Tee Twin Cities.
