Maplewood & Richmond Heights Parks & Recreation Co-Op Youth Programs are part of a cooperative effort that links parks and recreation services across Maplewood, Richmond Heights, and Brentwood. Through this program, families can use amenities such as the Brentwood Ice Rink, the Maplewood Family Aquatic Center, THE HEIGHTS Community Center, and THE HEIGHTS Indoor Aquatic Center. An online Spring/Summer 2026 brochure provides information about THE HEIGHTS facility, parks, programs, and events connected with this cooperative.

The Maplewood & Richmond Heights Parks & Recreation Co-Op, with Brentwood participating as an affiliated partner, provides all three communities with expanded access to parks, recreation programs, facilities, and rental opportunities. The partnership traces its roots to 2003, when the Parks and Recreation Cooperative (PARC) was established. More than two decades later, the Co-Op continues to connect neighboring communities through shared access, cost savings, and expanded recreational offerings. The leadership team includes Director of Parks & Recreation (PARC) Molly Curcuru, Assistant Director of Recreation Nate Wilks, Superintendent of Parks, City Forester, and Project Manager Tim Brunsman, Recreation Supervisor of Marketing & Communications Peyton Marcum, Recreation Manager of Memberships, Rentals and Van Service Kelly Carpenter-Stone, Recreation Manager of Aquatics Lindsey Richardson, Aquatics Supervisor Glen Jackson, Fitness & Sports Supervisor Jonathan Turek, Program Manager Sencerity Rutling, Facility Maintenance Tech Jacob Wand, Custodial Services Supervisor Pam Wells, Part-Time Van Driver Joseph Weindel, and Social Services Coordinator Celeste Grayer.
