Mayfield Village Parks and Recreation – Youth Sports & Camp Programs

Mayfield Village Parks and Recreation – Youth Sports & Camp Programs offers youth sports and programs, camp programs, and an award winning adaptive program. The department also runs adult sports and programs, bocce, and yoga programs, and provides online registration for its offerings. Recreational facilities used for these programs are described by the department as being among the best in Northeast Ohio, and programs are available for children, adults, and seniors.

The mission of the Mayfield Village Parks and Recreation Department is to provide quality recreational and cultural programs for all age groups through innovation, effectiveness and efficiency. The department states that it offers parks, facilities, programs, and services to meet the needs of the community. Leadership for these programs includes Shane McAvinew, Parks & Recreation Director; Danielle Echt, Assistant Recreation Director; and Samantha Clark-Cartwright, Program and Facilities Manager. The department notes that it has an award winning adaptive program and publishes a Spring/Summer 2026 Brochure.
