The Goddard School of Highland Heights offers activities such as American Sign Language, chess, computers, engineering, dance, handwriting, music appreciation, robotics, and yoga and mindfulness. Children use tools and equipment including digital cameras, interactive whiteboards, Kodo Kids Learning Technologies, and tablets. The program also includes after school care with after school transportation, as well as sports and fitness options that use an indoor gym, outdoor classroom, playgrounds, a rock wall, and a basketball court.

The Goddard School of Highland Heights offers programs for infants and toddlers through pre-K, kindergarten and beyond, including an infant program for ages 6 weeks–12 months, a toddler classroom for ages 12–24 months, a twos classroom for ages 2–3 years, a bridge classroom for ages 2.5–3.5 years, a preschool classroom for ages 3–4 years, and a pre-K classroom for ages 4–5 years. The school uses the Wonder of Learning® education program. Features at the school include an air purifying system, disinfectant sprayer, EPA-approved cleaning products, finger guards, a gate alarm, a Halo non-biometric security scanner, outdoor security cameras, parking lot bollards, supervised lobby entry, fresh fruit and vegetable snacks, an indoor gym, an outdoor classroom, playgrounds, a rock wall, and a basketball court.

The owner, Elizabeth (referred to as Ms. Elizabeth and Miss Elizabeth), received her bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from SUNY Old Westbury and taught kindergarten and second grade in the South Huntington School District in South Huntington, New York, before earning her master's degree in Early Childhood Education from Stony Brook University in New York. The school lists degreed and tenured teachers. The stated mission is that the start of a child's journey matters, and that the school offers an expert curriculum, experienced teachers and a nurturing environment to provide the best foundation for their growth.

The Goddard School of Highland Heights has received several recognitions, including the Circle of Excellence President’s Club Award (March 2025), the Circle of Excellence Award (February 2024–February 2025), and a Rookie of the Year Award, and it participates in the Child Care Aware® program from January 2020 through January 2030. Parent feedback includes comments that the school plans “amazing experiences,” is “clean, modern, friendly,” has “very caring and personable” teachers and staff, offers a “healthy, secure and positive environment,” and provides “daily updates” that are “very detailed.”
