Chester County School of the Arts

Chester County School of the Arts offers summer dance classes, summer camps, acting classes, and workshops and masterclasses. The program also provides private instruction in voice, piano, percussion, instrumentals, dance, and acting. Students interested in performance can take part in Elevate Dance Company auditions and competition dance.

• Ages: 4–18 years old for summer dance classes; 5–18 years old for acting classes; auditions open to dancers 5th–12th grade; lessons available for all ages, beginners through pros
• Schedule: Summer 2026 Session registration is now open; Elevate Dance Company auditions are scheduled for Monday, June 15th, from 5:00–8:00pm
• Price: $45 for new members (no financial aid) for Elevate Dance Company auditions

Elevate Dance Company is the premier, audition-only performance and training company of Chester County School of the Arts and is designed for dedicated dancers seeking additional performance opportunities, competition dance, advanced training, leadership development, and artistic growth. Company members are expected to attend weekly company rehearsals, required technique classes, scheduled performances, workshops, masterclasses, and special events as announced, with a typical expectation of 3–4 days per week plus events and occasional additional rehearsals. Company members may be responsible for company membership fees, costumes, performance attire, competition fees, and special event or workshop fees, and Elevate Dance Company merchandise is available, including tops, bottoms, outerwear, and bags.

The leadership team includes Director of Acting/Consultant Gina Stickley, Director of Dance Jessica Newsome, and Facilities Manager Steve Grayberg.
