YMCA of Lincoln Youth Soccer Programs include Micro Soccer League, Recreational Soccer League, Spirit Soccer League, 3v3 Summer Soccer Leagues, Soccer Camps & Clinics, Soccer Tournaments, the Summer Challenger Sports Soccer Camp, Fall Soccer Preseason Training, Fall Micro Soccer League, Fall Recreational Soccer League, and a Fall Soccer Academy. Micro Soccer is a seven-week 4 vs. 4 season that includes one 25-minute practice followed immediately by a 25-minute game once a week. Spirit Soccer leagues have seven-game seasons with multiple divisions and access to multiple state, regional, and national leagues and tournaments, and all players and coaches in Spirit Soccer are registered with the Nebraska State Soccer Association and US Youth Soccer.

• Schedule: Micro Soccer runs a seven-week season; Spirit Soccer runs seven-game seasons; 3v3 Summer Soccer Leagues have an eight-game season played over five weeks with teams playing one night a week and up to two games per day.
