About
NWAS Youth Volleyball Academy focuses on volleyball skills development through drills and game situations. Participants work on passing, setting, hitting, serving, court positioning, decision-making, and strategic play. The program also includes strength, agility, and endurance training.
• Ages: 9–15 years old
• Schedule: Multiple 13-day sessions with practices on two weekdays per week, with no practices during holidays, Winter Break, MLK Day, Presidents Day, or Spring Break
• Price: Evergreen School District: Session 1 Only $390; Session 2 Only $390; Session 3 Only $390; All 3 Sessions $1000. Battle Ground School District: Session 1 Only $390; Session 2 Only $390; Session 3 Only $390; All 3 Sessions $1000.
The program is led by Co-Director Darith Lim and interim Director Pat Campillo. Experienced coaches guide athletes through a variety of drills and game situations. The mission of NWAS Youth Volleyball Academy is for those that are not ready for club ball or new families interested in fundamental training for their kids, and it invites families to join to develop volleyball skills for young athletes to compete in high level teams. NWAS Volleyball Club is the Official Juniors Club for the Annual Seaside Beach Volleyball Tournament. The program is part of the 2026 Youth Academy Program and offers apparel ordering with T-shirts in kids sizes up to 2XL, as well as hoodies or crew necks. The website for the program is powered by SportsEngine's Sports Relationship Management (SRM) software.
